What kind of snacks do you sell?

We bring you 100% authentic snacks imported directly from Japan, from crispy chips and creamy chocolates to chewy candies and limited-edition treats.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (AMEX).

 

Where does Kashiya ship?

We currently cover the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

 

What is the delivery arrangement?

Your snackbox will be delivered by our driver or a courier, depending on your location. If our driver is delivering and they're unable to contact you, it will be left at your front door (house) or the concierge (condo). If your snackbox is delivered by courier, they will follow their processes.

 

How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take?

Shipping costs and transit times depend on your address, but we’ll cover delivery for orders over CA$90. We also ship your order within 1 business day.

 

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our items, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right!
